Return Policy

We offer a 14‑day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Returned items are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products such as personalized or special‑order items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@aviatorem.com.
